Please note that all refunds and returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
At Veda Jadi Ayurveda, customer satisfaction and trust are very important to us. We follow a transparent and fair refund policy while maintaining the hygiene and safety standards required for Ayurvedic products.

Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

The product was missing or incomplete
Conditions for Return or Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification

The outer packaging and invoice should be intact
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to customer handling

Products without original packaging or invoice

Orders placed under discounts, offers, or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved after verification:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting bank details.
Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items:

A free replacement will be shipped after verification

Replacement delivery time may vary based on location

No additional shipping charges will be applied for approved cases
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
